Why are the wines from Baum Selection so good?

The wines at Baum Selection are selected by one of the best wine noses. Konstantin travels through the wine world to discover ingenious winemakers and their wines and brings them to the his followers. Only the best qualities at the right price make it into Konstantin's selection.

 

Can I only order online?

No. You can also simply sign up for my newsletter or email me at contact@baumselection.com and then simply order by email.

 

Why is there a minimum order quantity?

Honestly - three bottles is a order size that any of us can manage! Especially if the wines are good. At the same time, it allows me to price the wines and shipping costs fairly.

 

How do I find my invoice?

I do not send an additional paper invoice. Instead, I send the order confirmation as an e-mail with the bank details and the invoice amount. You can also print the invoice under "Your Account" - "View order" (to the right of the order number) - "Print order" (above, above the order).

 

What do I do if I don't like the wine?

I will take back all unopened bottles if the wine is faulty or if it simply does not taste good.

 

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Simply follow rule number 1, or click on "Forgot your password?" (located above the password text box). After that you just have to enter your e-mail address and press "Send".

 

How does my wine subscription work?

After your first order, we take care of everything automatically: depending on your chosen cycle – monthly, every two months, or every three months – we'll make sure your wine package is dispatched right on time. You can find the exact shipping date of your next delivery directly on our website in the details of your subscription package. To keep you in the loop, you'll receive an order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation by e-mail after each dispatch.

For subscription packages, we offer PayPal and payment via Invoice. If you pay via PayPal, we'll automatically send you a payment request through PayPal once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can log into your customer account at any time to pay for your latest order yourself – where all of our available payment methods are at your disposal.


Does Baum Selection also deliver at extreme temperatures?

Nope. I want to make sure that the wines arrive in optimal condition and therefore it may happen that I do not ship on particularly hot or particularly cold days. Also, I generally do not ship on weekends; if I picked up the wine on Saturday, it would only be in a DHL warehouse until Monday.
