1. Registration

In order to place an order with Baum Selection, you must first register. The data entered must be truthful and must be kept up to date by the user. User name and password must be kept secret by the user and must not be given to third parties in order to prevent misuse.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The basic requirement for the conclusion of the contract is that you are at least 18 years old at the time of the order. With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. By sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods, we can accept this offer. First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or when the ordered goods are delivered. When ordering through our online store, the ordering process includes a total of 6 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step you enter your customer data including billing address. In the third step, you enter a different delivery address if necessary or confirm that the goods should be delivered to the billing address. In the fourth step you will see the delivery method. In the fifth step you choose how you want to pay and pay. 3. Storage of the contract text

We store the contract text of your order. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you provided.

4. Reservation of proprietary rights

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

5. Prices, shipping costs

All prices are final prices, they contain the legal value-added tax. The minimum order quantity is 3 bottles.

Shipping costs within Germany: The packaging and shipping costs are 6.80 euros per order for shipments up to a value of 150 €. If the value of goods exceeds 150 euros, the shipping costs are waived.

European foreign countries: The forwarding expenses amount to all-inclusive 19 euros per transmission, on request and subject to legal review.

6. Delivery conditions

The delivery times stated in the offer apply as delivery times, these begin with receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by direct debit, the delivery times begin with acceptance of the contract on the part of the company. We deliver exclusively within the EU.

7. Terms of payment

Payment can be made by Master Card or Visa Card, Giropay, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, prepayment, by invoice or by SEPA direct debit. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose payment in advance, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days. In the case of payment by SEPA direct debit, Baum Selection will notify you of the direct debit at the latest 6 business days before the direct debit is due in the case of initial and one-time direct debits, and at the latest 3 business days before the direct debit is due in the case of subsequent direct debits, after you have issued a direct debit mandate.

8. Warranty

The warranty shall be governed by the statutory provisions.

9. Revocation instruction

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss in value. This shall not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example.
