The new vintage of the perfect Rosé has already arrived. Mas de Cadenet is a small, family-run winery in Provence whose wines I have long admired. The vineyard is cultivated organically, and the cellar produces clear, fresh Rosés that are among the best in the region. The cuvée is made from Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle. The result: a vivacious, light Rosé with character.
