The Assemblage de Bollenberg, better known as As de B, is certainly familiar to many of you. It was one of the first wines in my range, and every new vintage has been presented here since 2013. So you probably already know that the vines for this wine are planted in a colourful mix: Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Muscat grow side by side and are harvested together. It is not the winemaker, but the vineyard itself that composes this cuvée – and so, year after year, a different wine is created from the same vines.

The 2024 is aromatic and light. Muscat and Pinot Gris characterise the aroma and palate. Agathe Bursin intervenes very little in the production process and therefore does not consider herself solely responsible for the quality. Nevertheless, her wines bear her unmistakable signature: the colour of the ink is the vintage, the paper is the vineyard.

The wine has aromas of pear, orange, lychee and lemon. On the palate, it is juicy and mellow, yet fresh and lively at the same time.
