Natural wines should be raw, wild and unadulterated. But for me, they also have to be clean, clear and precise. The wine in front of me manages to square this circle. Oenops' “Rawditis” was made from the white wine grape Roditis. After the harvest, it fermented spontaneously in the amphora and matured there for another six months before the wine was bottled. The Rawditis was neither sulphurized nor filtered. The wine is edgy, but full of tension and flawless. An experience for the advanced and those who like to experiment.

The wine is slightly cloudy. It smells of ripe apple, pear and herbs. On the palate, it is intense and powerful with great freshness and a long, lively finish.
