Les Parcelles Blanc is so popular with you that I would like to introduce you to its red brother as well. The old Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre and Syrah vines for this wine are also organically cultivated with low yields. The fruity and lively wine is fermented spontaneously and matured on the lees for just under a year. The result is a lively and straightforward wine with a moderate alcohol content.
