When I tasted this wine in southern France, I knew that I wanted to import Villa Tempora’s wines. “Démon du Midi” roughly translates to “midlife crisis” and refers to the sudden decision by Agathe and Amaury to leave their old lives behind and start this small winery. Every crisis also holds an opportunity, I thought to myself, and took another sip from my well-filled glass.
